Recipes By Request

Dinner Rolls (by Ulla)

2 1/2 Tbsp Yeast
3 Cups Flour (Bread Flour)
1-1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp Powdered Milk (Heaping)
5 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Crisco Sicks (Butter Flavor)
1 Cup *1 1/2 tsp. luke warm water
1 Egg

Put in Bread Maker in order at Dough setting
When it stops pour dough out and separate in 12 equal parts. Form into rolls and put into greased 9 by 13 pan. Cover, rise 1 hour and 15 min. or until about an inch from top of pan. Bake 360 degrees for 20 minutes. When done brush with butter on top. Cool and enjoy!

Cinnamon Rolls

1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup water
4 Tbsp Yeast (instant)
1 tsp sugar

Combine above ingredients (don't mix) let sit 5 min.

Separate bowl/mixer

3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups flour (bread flour)

NOW: add yeast mix from above. Quick stir after this.

1 cup butter (melted), salted is the best
3 1/3 cups flour
4 eggs

Mix 10 minutes, then let sit 5-7 min.

Roll out dough, spread w/ melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, sugar
Make into a rolle, then cut w/ dental floss. Rise 45 min after cut.
Bake at 350 for 12-15 min.

Frosting
1 cube butter
3-4 oz cream cheese
1 box or 1 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
add milk or 1/2 and 1/2 until good consistency

Spread this on top when hot. ENJOY!!!!
